New photos showing Bath's newly refurbished Bear Inn have emerged - and we think it looks stunning.
The pub has been given a complete revamp and now boasts velvet seats, polished leather sofas and stools, and a host of amusing pictures on the walls. Outside, the venue has also had a facelift - now sporting a sleek wooden entrance and plants.
However, residents will be glad to know that "Snowy" - the famous white bear that has looked down on the inn for decades - remains unchanged, after an early plan to paint him brown was rebuked by locals.

The venue, previously called The Bear Hotel, was recently bought by the Metropolitan Pub Company and reopened on Friday, March 11. The pub dates back to 1770 but was rebuilt during World War Two, due to bomb damage.
Just a stone's throw from the city centre, the pub on Bear Flat has been popular with diners through the ages. Now, it has been completely renovated - inside and out.
The kitchen and bar have been given an "exciting" revamp and the loos have been refurbished. A new colour scheme has been introduced and new signage installed around the pub.

Guests will now be able to stay in six individually designed en-suite boutique bedrooms. There's even a generously sized family room and a dog-friendly room – making it perfect for those visiting Bath.
Following the Bear Inn’s reopening, the kitchen will be launching a stylish new food menu made up of fresh seasonal dishes. These will combine authentic pub food, like Sunday Roasts, with delicious weekend brunches.
To match the interior changes, The Bear Inn is also getting a revamped beer garden, perfect for soaking up the springtime sun. It is also set to host a whole range of community events and activities – including pub quizzes, over the next year.

The team are so excited to welcome guests to the new and improved site, it’ll be a fantastic chance to connect with old regulars as well as meeting new faces.
"Whether people visit for after-work drinks, to spend time with family and friends, or if they are staying here whilst visiting Bath for the weekend – we’re ready to make them feel at home at The Bear Inn."
