An eagle-eyed Bunnings customer has revealed a very unusual find in the carpark of their local store.
Sharing on Reddit, the shopper posted a pic of a ute spotted outside a Bunnings in Victoria.
The image showed how the driver had used old thongs as a makeshift mudflap on his vehicle.

A closer look shows three mismatched thongs attached to the back right-hand corner of the ute, above the wheel.
And while many might think the humble Bunnings sausage sizzle might be the most Australian thing you’ll find in the store’s carpark, many begged to differ.
“Only in Australia!” said one.
Added another: “It’s not every day you see a proud member of the Order of the Thong.”
Said one more: “I bet there is a coathanger at the front. In the shape of Australia.”
Meanwhile, a Bunnings shopper has revealed her unbelievable hack for transforming the front porch on a budget.
Sharing on her Instagram page @uh_ohanotherreno, mum Annabel revealed how she used a couple of tins of paint from Bunnings and a stencil sheet to overhaul the concrete landing.
While re-tiling the deck with popular patterned tiles is a popular home trend for renovators, it can costs thousands of dollars in materials and tradesmen.
But DIY expert Annabel has shows how the same look can be created for a fraction of the cost.
“I am SO pleased with how my DIY stencilling turned out on the front porch of #ourwillageereno!” she wrote.
Adding that the transformed area was “totally unrecognisable” compared to the before photo Annabel shared her her technique for DIY project.
“The stencil is the ‘Capri’ from @cutthesheetstencils and I’ve used @duluxaus Weathershield in Shale Grey for the base and Snowy Mountains Quarter to roll the stencil,” she said.
“One more job ticked off the list!”
Bunnings fans were blown away by the makeover.
“Just wow!” said one.
Added another: “What a difference.”
