Soap scum happens when minerals in water mix with soap fat.
You can remove soap scum from your shower walls by creating a cleaning solution with one part water and one part white distilled vinegar.
You can also intensify this solution by adding a tablespoon of dishwashing soap.
The next step is to mix the solution thoroughly and spray it onto your shower walls, fixtures, doors and anywhere else where soap scum remains.
Allow the solution to sit for around 20 minutes and scrub at it using a sponge.
For particularly built-up areas, you should use a soft-bristle brush.
Finish this process by rinsing with clean water and repeating the process if required.
