Meet the team at Lincoln Glass and Aluminium.
The staff of 10 has 150 years’ experience in the industry between them.
“We welcome Jarrad McDonnell to our team of long standing employees, most of whom have been with the business more than eight years,” co-owner Sue Taylor said.
“Our core business is glass and aluminium products, i.e. residential and commercial windows and doors, security products, glass, glass splashback and shower screens. In addition to this, we are general glaziers and aluminium fabricators.
“We are the approved fabricator for the Architectural Window Systems range of contemporary vantage windows and doors, Elevate Systems and Thermal Heart.”
Architectural Window Systems products are Australian designed, aimed at delivering “superior performance for the varied climates and environments around the country”, Sue says.
They are designed and tested to meet Australian standards and energy ratings.
“We specialise in high quality Magnum sliding doors, stacker doors, hinged entrance doors, French doors and bi-fold doors,” Sue says.
“Windows can range from horizontal sliders, vertical sliders, awning, casement, sashless and bi-fold windows. Modern Louvre windows are currently surging in popularity along with the Centor retractable screen.
“We are highly experienced in the commercial field in areas such as shop fronts, automatic doors and shop and office partitions.
“We also supply and install the three different types of shower screens,” Sue says.
“These are fully framed, semi-frameless and frameless shower units.
“Our professional staff also supply and install glass balustrades; these can be made to measure and we can provide free quotes.
“We have been involved in many major commercial projects and larger residential dwellings.
“Our expertise and experience is invaluable when designing and quoting, particularly with residential products due to the complexities of energy ratings and Australian standards.
“Being members of the Australian Glass and Glazing Association allows us to keep abreast of changes to Australian Standards and safety procedures within the industry.
